Crazy meat pie recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1 jar of natural yogurt (200 g)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup (tea) oil
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) corn starch
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
- Oil and wheat flour for greasing
Filling
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 3 cups cooked, shredded meat
- 1/2 cup (tea) tomato sauce
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cube of meat broth
- Salt and chopped green chilli to taste
Preparation method:
- For the filling, heat a pan with olive oil and fry the onion, pepper and meat for 3 minutes.
- Add the tomato sauce, cherry tomatoes, meat broth, season with salt and chives and cook for another 5 minutes. Turn off and set aside.
- For the dough, blend the milk, yogurt, eggs, oil and cornstarch in a blender for 2 minutes.
- Transfer it into a bowl, add the flour, salt, yeast and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Pour half the dough into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm baking pan, place the filling on top and cover with the rest of the dough.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve crazy meat pie.
