Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup grated coconut tea

1 200ml bottle of coconut milk

1/2 cup milk

2 cans of condensed milk

For the syrup

1 cup of sugar

1/2 cup water

Preparation method:

Preheat the air fryer to 110°C for approximately 15 minutes. Prepare the syrup in a saucepan, mix the sugar with the water and heat until it becomes amber in colour. Be careful not to burn yourself. Pour into the pudding mold and spread all over the side.

In a bowl, add the eggs, coconut, coconut milk, milk and condensed milk and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture, pour it into the center of the pan and cover very well with aluminum foil. Place in an air fryer and cook for two hours or until the pudding is no longer firm. Remove and let cool. Store in the refrigerator for at least 5 hours and serve cold.

Ingredients:

1 box of condensed milk

2 eggs

4 egg yolks

450 ml of milk

Syrup

1 cup refined sugar

1/2 cup water

Preparation method:

For the syrup: melt the sugar on a stove, being careful not to burn it. Then add the water and let it boil and thicken. Turn off and place in the pudding mold.

Pudding dough: add the milk, eggs, four egg yolks and condensed milk. Beat well and preheat the fryer.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place it in the fryer for 40 minutes at 170 degrees. When there are 10 to 8 minutes left, open the pudding and check if it has already reached the ideal consistency. Let it cool and place it in the refrigerator.

Angela Drulla’s Practical Pudding

Ingredients:

3 eggs

500 ml of milk

1 pack of condensed milk

1 cup sugar for caramel

Preparation method:

Beat eggs, milk and condensed milk in a blender. Arrange in a mold with the caramelized syrup and cover with aluminum foil. Put the pan to cook at 180 degrees for 45-50 minutes. If after this time the pudding is still liquid, raise the temperature to 200 degrees and cook for another 10 minutes. Let it cool, put it in the fridge for three hours, turn it out and enjoy your meal!
