How is the TasteAtlas ranking created?
TasteAtlas is not a ranking drawn up by gastronomy experts, but by the site’s users, who assign scores from 0.5 to 5 for a wide variety of typical dishes from countries around the world. To compose the portal’s rankings, the platform collects the average rating received for each dish to evaluate its overall score.
Lists can compare different dishes with the same ingredients or preparation techniques, dishes from a particular cuisine with a better overall score, or even more comprehensive ratings.
