Stuffed French toast recipe

Ingredients:

  • 5 stale French bread
  • 2 cups creamy dulce de leche
  • 5 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
  • Fry oil
  • Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling

Preparation method:

  1. Cut bread into 2-inch slices.
  2. Cut the 2-finger slices in half, without separating the parts.
  3. Fill with the dulce de leche, close and dip in the beaten eggs mixed with the milk.
  4. Fry in boiling oil and drain on absorbent paper.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and then serve the French toast.
