Ingredients:
- 5 stale French bread
- 2 cups creamy dulce de leche
- 5 beaten eggs
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) milk
- Fry oil
- Sugar and cinnamon for sprinkling
Preparation method:
- Cut bread into 2-inch slices.
- Cut the 2-finger slices in half, without separating the parts.
- Fill with the dulce de leche, close and dip in the beaten eggs mixed with the milk.
- Fry in boiling oil and drain on absorbent paper.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and then serve the French toast.
