Ingredients:
- 6 large ripe mangoes
- 1 cup and 1/2 cup (tea) crystal sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) water
Preparation method:
- Peel the mangoes and cut them into thick slices
- In a saucepan, mix the sugar and water and leave to boil for 10 minutes over low heat.
- Add the mangoes and cook for 10 minutes
- Allow to cool and store in the refrigerator in a covered container until ready to serve.
