Shortcrust pastry lasagna recipe

Ingredients:
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 4 cups grated mozzarella
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry (500 g)
- 3 cups chopped ham
Preparation method:
- Mix the sauce, tomato, oregano and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix the mozzarella with the parmesan and set aside.
- In a medium baking dish, intersperse layers of tomato sauce, shortcrust pastry, cheese and ham mixture, finishing with tomato sauce and cheese.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Take your shortcrust pastry lasagna out of the oven and serve immediately.
