Christmas dessert: pomegranate cream in a glass
ingredients
Cream
- 1 200g pot of natural yoghurt
- ½ sachet of unflavored gelatin
- 2 tablespoons vanilla pudding powder
- Zest of 1 lemon
Syrup
- 150 ml of pomegranate juice
- ½ sachet of unflavored gelatin
- Sugar to taste.
Preparation method
Cream: mix everything and cook over low heat for 2 minutes after boiling. Pour into glasses and store in the refrigerator. In the meantime, prepare the syrup. Mix 150 ml of pomegranate juice, half the unflavored gelatine and the sugar. Cover the cream made in the first step of the recipe and place again in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
