Traditional lasagna
ingredients
- 500 g of dough ready to eat lasagna
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 340 g of tomato sauce
- 250 g of grated mozzarella
- 250 g of grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Add the minced meat and cook until it loses its reddish color. Then add the tomato sauce and season with salt, black pepper and oregano. Cook for another 10 minutes. Distribute a little of the sauce on the bottom of a baking dish and then make alternating layers of pasta, ragù and cheese. Finish with a layer of mozzarella and sprinkle with parmesan. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Gnocchi with sauce
ingredients
Gnocchi
- 1kg of Potato bald
- 500 ml of water
- 250 g of wheat flour
- 150 g of grated parmesan
- Nutmeg and salt to taste
Sauce
- 4 tomatoes
- 6 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Basil leaves and salt to taste
Preparation method
Pasta
In a pan, cover the potatoes with water and cook over medium heat until tender. Then drain the water and mash the potatoes until they form a puree. Add the wheat flour, cheese, salt and nutmeg and mix until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Then divide the dough into rolls and cut them into pieces. Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook the gnocchi until the water rises to the surface. Remove it with a slotted spoon and set it aside.
Sauce
Place the tomatoes in a food processor and blend until smooth. In a pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and brown the garlic. Add the tomato sauce, season with salt and add the basil. Cook for 5 minutes. Serve the gnocchi with the tomato sauce.

Penne with mushroom sauce
ingredients
- 400 g of penne
- 300 g of mushrooms Sliced Paris
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cream tea
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup thyme tea
- 300 ml of water
Preparation method
Fill a pan with water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add salt and pasta. Cook until al dente. Reserve. In another pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic until golden brown. Then add the sliced mushrooms and cook them until they release their water and become very soft. Immediately afterwards pour the cream into the pan, season with salt and black pepper. Mix and cook for 5 minutes. Serve the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle with the thyme.
Ham and cheese slices with white sauce
ingredients
Washers
- 180 g of sliced ham
- 180 g of mozzarella
- 300 g of shortcrust pastry
Sauce
- 1 onion chopped
- 200 g of milk cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 100 ml of water
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 500 ml of milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
Washers
Roll out the shortcrust pastry and line it with slices of ham and cheese. Then, roll out the dough like a Swiss roll, very tight. Cut into rolls of about 3 fingers. Reserve.
Sauce
In a pan, melt the margarine over medium heat and add the onion, salt and black pepper. Once the onion is transparent, add the cream and cook for 2 minutes over low heat. In a container, dissolve the cornstarch in the water and pour it into the mixture. Stir until the sauce thickens. Turn off the heat and add the grated cheese and mix.
Assembly
On a plate, add half the sauce and distribute the rounds. Add the rest of the sauce and place in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
