No-cook pudding recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of coconut flavored Maria-Mole powder
  • 1 cup (tea) boiling water
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • 1 cup milk (tea)
  • 1/2 bag of unflavored gelatin powder
  • Chocolate flavored ice cream sauce for decoration

Preparation method:

  1. In a blender, blend the maria-mole with the boiling water for 1 minute.
  2. Add the condensed milk, cream, milk and gelatine (prepared according to package instructions) and beat for another 1 minute.
  3. Pour into a moistened mold with a diameter of 22 cm and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  4. Unmold, unmold, decorate with syrup and serve the pudding.
