Ingredients:
- 1 pack of coconut flavored Maria-Mole powder
- 1 cup (tea) boiling water
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of cream
- 1 cup milk (tea)
- 1/2 bag of unflavored gelatin powder
- Chocolate flavored ice cream sauce for decoration
Preparation method:
- In a blender, blend the maria-mole with the boiling water for 1 minute.
- Add the condensed milk, cream, milk and gelatine (prepared according to package instructions) and beat for another 1 minute.
- Pour into a moistened mold with a diameter of 22 cm and place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
- Unmold, unmold, decorate with syrup and serve the pudding.
