Panettone brigadeiro

Time: 1 hour

Performance: 30 units

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • Butter for greasing
  • 1 chopped mini panettone

Decoration

  • Red and green chocolate pearls as desired
  • 200g white fondant
  • 1 teaspoon edible gold powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon grain alcohol

Preparation method:

  1. For the brigadeiro, place the condensed milk, butter and chocolate powder in a pan and heat over medium heat, stirring, until it thickens and comes away from the bottom of the pan.
  2. Transfer to a plate and leave to cool.
  3. Roll out portions of dough with greased hands and place a small piece of panettone in the center.
  4. Close and roll up forming brigadeiros.
  5. Pass through the chocolate beads, arrange in the molds and set aside.
  6. Roll out the sugar paste with a rolling pin, cut it into a star shape with a pastry cutter and set it aside.
  7. Mix gold dust with grain alcohol and paint stars on both sides.
  8. Wait for it to dry and stick the star in the brigadeiros. Serve.
