Ingredients:
- 1 1/3 cups (tea) sweet cassava starch
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) standard Minas cheese (half-aged), finely grated
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg (approximately)
How to prepare the Minas Gerais biscuit:
- In a bowl, mix the tapioca starch, butter, cheese and salt.
- Add the egg and mix until a smooth mixture is formed. If it is dry, add another small egg.
- Form rolls and cut them every 10 cm.
