- 16 sardines
- 1 onion chopped
- 4 tomatoes cut into slices
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 6 stalks of watercress
Preparation method
Clean the sardines and set them aside. Put the oil in a pan, heat over medium heat and fry the onion until golden brown. Add the vegetable stock cube, dissolved in boiling water. Let it cook for 2 minutes. Add the sardines and cook for another 10 minutes. Place the cherry tomatoes on a plate and pour the hot broth with the sardines. Serve immediately.

Season the fish fillets with salt and black pepper and wrap each in foil. Place in a mold and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and serve the fish with the sauce.
