- 800 g of chicken pieces, seasoned to taste

- 200 ml of coconut milk
- 1 can of green corn
- 1 glass of cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon (sweet) of cornstarch
Method of preparation
Fry the seasoned chicken pieces in a skillet until golden brown. Drain and transfer to a saucepan with the tomato sauce and coconut milk. Bring to a boil and cook for 20 minutes or until tender. If necessary, add boiling water, a little at a time, to finish cooking. Add the drained green corn and keep over low heat for another 10 minutes. Add the curd and the corn starch dissolved in a little water. Let the sauce incorporate and then serve with the white rice.

- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 clove of crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup green beans (chopped)

- 6 beaten eggs
- 6 tablespoons of hydrated tapioca gum

Method of preparation
Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the vegetables, the ham and brown for 4 minutes, stirring. Let it cool down. In the blender, beat the eggs with the tapioca gum and yeast until homogenized. Add the sautéed, salt, pepper, green smell and mix with a spoon. Transfer to a greased medium refractory and place in a preheated medium oven (180ºC) for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and serve.

For the syrup, place the sugar and water in a pan and cook over medium heat, without stirring, until it turns a golden caramel. Blend all the ingredients in a blender and pour into a 22 cm diameter pan greased with the syrup. Place in a preheated oven in a bain marie for 50 minutes. to serve.

Method of preparation
Grease and flour a medium round pan. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and baking soda with a spoon. Pour into the greased form. In another bowl, add the other ingredients, mix and arrange the ingredients in the mold on top. With a spoon, stir until the flour no longer appears.
