Add the tomato, the green smell and sauté for another 3 minutes. Add the shrimp kept aside and fry for another 3 minutes. Add the water and cook until slightly reduced.   • 3 cups of cooked white rice
  • 1 cup black-eyed peas (cooked with broth)

  • 1 cup diced cottage cheese

Method of preparation

In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and fry the bacon until golden brown. Add the peppers, onion, garlic, pepper and sauté for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
