Dutch pancake

Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and nutmeg

Preparation method:

Blend all the ingredients in a blender and place in a heated, ovenproof pan. Pour the mixture into the hot pan and bake at 220 degrees for about 25 minutes. After cooking, it will rise around the edges and now all you have to do is fill it with your favorite ingredients and, if necessary, put it back in the oven to heat or brown the filling.
