Vegetable soup with capeletti recipe:

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1kg diced chicken breast
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 liters of water
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/2 cup diced carrot (tea).
- 1/2 cup chopped green beans
- 1/2 cup diced potatoes (tea).
- 1/2 cup chopped cassava
- 1 pack of chicken hair (250g)
- Salt, chopped parsley and grated parmesan to taste
Preparation method:
- In a pressure cooker, over high heat, heat the oil and brown the chicken cubes.
- Add the onion and garlic and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Add the water and chicken broth, cover the pan and cook over low heat for 10 minutes from when the pressure starts.
- Carefully release the pressure, open the pan and add the vegetables.
- Let it cook for 15 minutes, with the pan open, over medium heat.
- Add the capes and cook for 15 minutes or until al dente.
- Season with salt and parsley and then serve sprinkled with parmesan.
