  • 1 cup of warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoons shelled sunflower seeds
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wholemeal flour for dusting

Preparation method

Place the water, salt, butter, sugar and wheat flour in a container and mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Cover with cling film and leave to rest for 2 hours. Then, flour a smooth surface with wheat flour, place the dough on it and knead. Next, roll out the dough and wet the surface with water. Sprinkle with sunflower seeds and press to secure. Transfer the bread to a baking tray greased with butter and floured with wheat flour and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 500 g of chickpea peeled and cooked
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 300 ml of water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 10 g of organic dry yeast
  • 500 g of wheat flour

Preparation method
