It’s simple, it’s delicious, and it will win over your whole family; see the special recipe of chef Giu Giunti

This recipe tastes like childhood to me. My grandmother always made this recipe on the farm, and to me she tastes like homemade food and she reminds me of moments with the whole family together. Preparation is simple and once ready you can freeze it and have a meal to save yourself at any time.
Ingredients:
1 kg of chicken legs
1/1 squash, skinned cut
1 can of corn
1 chopped onion
4 minced garlic cloves
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
fresh herbs
Way of doing:
Start by seasoning the thighs with salt and pepper to taste. With a high and very hot frying pan, add a generous drizzle of olive oil and accommodate the thighs. Do not continue stirring to avoid releasing water. In this way the chicken will be golden. After about 3 to 4 minutes, turn the thigh and wait for it to turn golden. If necessary, use water to help you control the temperature without burning and leaving the caramelized food. Add a little water and a wooden spoon to scrape the bottom of this fritinho, I usually call it “drip and frit”. When the chicken is ready, set it aside. In the same pan, sauté the onion and garlic until golden brown. Flip the chicken over and add the squash, corn, and fresh herbs. You can cover halfway with hot water and cook with the half-covered pan over medium-low heat until the chicken and pumpkin are completely cooked. When everything is tender and juicy, season with salt and pepper if necessary. Serve with rice and salad. You will love!
