Baked rice with shrimp
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup pea tea
- 1/2 cup green corn tea
- 1 bunch of florets broccoli
- 1/2 cup chopped olives
- 2 cups grated mozzarella
- 500 g of cleaned shrimps
- 1 clove of garlic, peeled and chopped
- Salt and olive oil to taste
Preparation method
In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the garlic and brown it. Add the prawns, season with salt and sauté until they turn pink. Add the peas, corn, olives and broccoli and let cook. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a baking dish, arrange the rice and prawn mixture and sprinkle with the mozzarella. Place in the preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Baked rice with salmon
ingredients
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups cooked and chopped salmon
- 1 tomato seeded and cut into pieces
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 4 tablespoons of soup of chopped cashews
- 2 tablespoons chopped green chili pepper
- 1 pinch of ground black pepper
- 50 g of cream
- Salt to taste
Preparation method
In a refractory container, place all the ingredients and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Baked rice with chicken
ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 breast of chicken cooked and chopped
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup potato tea with straw
- 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 395 g of green corn
- 2 seeded and chopped tomatoes
- 160 g of ricotta
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
Place the rice and corn in a container and mix well. Reserve. In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the tomato, chicken breast and tomato sauce and sauté for 4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Turn off the heat and set aside. In a refractory dish, place half the rice, cover with the cream cheese and distribute the chicken on top. Repeat the operation until the entire container is filled and finish with the rice. Sprinkle with potato straw and mozzarella and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.

ingredients
- 1 smoked sausage cut into slices
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 red pepper, seeded and diced
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1/2 cup crushed green chili tea
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
- Butter for greasing
Preparation method
In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and sausage and brown. Add the Tomato sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add rice, pepper and green chillies and mix well. Then transfer the mixture onto a refractory plate greased with butter and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
Baked rice with ham and cheese
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 onion peeled and chopped
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 150 g of mozzarella cut into cubes
- 200 g of ham cut into cubes
- 1 cup of pea tea
- 1/5 cup crushed green chili tea
- 2 cups grated parmesan
Preparation method
Place the rice, onion, carrot, mozzarella, peas, green chili pepper and ham in a container and mix well. Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with parmesan and place in a preheated oven at medium temperature until the cheese melts. Serve immediately.
