Brown rice cake
Time: 40 minutes

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
- 5 tablespoons grated onion
- 1/3 cup cooked, pressed and chopped spinach
- 1 small grated carrot
- 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
- 1 egg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour approximately
- Oil for anointing
Preparation method:
- Place the rice in a bowl, add the onion, spinach, carrot, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
- Add the flour little by little, kneading until it comes away from your hands.
- Form slightly elongated gnocchi and place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
- Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
