Brown rice cake

Time: 40 minutes

Performance: 20 servings

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked brown rice
  • 5 tablespoons grated onion
  • 1/3 cup cooked, pressed and chopped spinach
  • 1 small grated carrot
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/3 cup (tea) of wheat flour approximately
  • Oil for anointing

Preparation method:

  1. Place the rice in a bowl, add the onion, spinach, carrot, parmesan, egg, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
  2. Add the flour little by little, kneading until it comes away from your hands.
  3. Form slightly elongated gnocchi and place them on a baking tray greased with olive oil.
  4. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes, turning halfway through cooking or until golden brown.
  5. Remove from the oven, arrange on a plate and serve immediately.
