Fish Hamburger

Time: 30 minutes (+30 minutes in the fridge)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups boneless chopped hake
  • 1/2 cup boiled potatoes (tea)
  • 1 grated onion
  • 2 marinated anchovy fillets
  • 1 cube of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup (tea) wheat flour
  • Breadcrumbs for breading
  • Fry oil

Preparation method:

  1. Chop the fish, potatoes, onion, anchovies and vegetable broth in a blender.
  2. Pour it into a bowl and then mix it with the cheese, egg yolks and flour.
  3. Mix everything and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 balls and shape them with your hands or with a hamburger cutter.
  5. Dip them in breadcrumbs and fry them quickly in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
  6. Drain on absorbent paper and, if desired, serve immediately with bread, lettuce, tomato, cheese and chips.
