- Do not overfill the product with hot liquids. Always try to keep at least 1 cm below the bottom of the wires in the case of bottles and mugs and at least 1 cm from the bottom in the case of glasses and thirst quenchers. Filling the product beyond this limit may cause spills or leaks.
- When using the product with hot liquids, keep out of reach of children.
- Be careful when drinking hot liquids directly from the cup, glass or bottle. We remind you that the water bottles in the hydration line were created with the consumption of cold liquids in mind.
- Do not use carbonated or fermented drinks or foods in products with a closing lid, such as bottles, thermos, or cups. Pressure buildup can cause the lid to malfunction, resulting in accidents or spills.
- Do not use Stanley with dairy products or baby food, this will prevent the growth of bacteria.
The brand also emphasizes that it is forbidden to put the cup in the microwave, due to its composition.
How to wash your Stanley mug?
Again according to the brand itself, it is recommended to wash the product with a delicate detergent and a soft sponge. “Do not use the rough part of the sponge and do not use cleaning products that contain chlorine,” Stanley points out in this article.
For dishwasher users the recommendation is different: “do not use detergents with high levels of chlorine or bromide and do not wash in commercial electrical appliances or at high temperatures, this could damage the thermal performance of the product”.
Stanley states that washing in the dishwasher can deteriorate the appearance of the product more quickly. “If preserving the finish, paint or detailing of your product is important to you, we recommend hand washing.”
