The most Brazilian drink of all time now has a new version! There are caipirinhas made with cachaça, vodka, sake and now even white wine. If you like a lighter, more refreshing drink, you’ll love this version!
Our recipe was made with white wine and lemon, but I thought it would also be wonderful with other fruits, such as orange, red fruits or kiwi.

Ingredients:
- 1 and 1/2 Tahitian lemon
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 300 ml of dry white wine
- ice
Preparation method:
Start by eliminating the internal white part of the lemon, cut it into slices, add it to the glass with the sugar and let it macerate. Then add the ice and white wine, mix and serve!
