Method of preparation:

  • 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
  • 100 g of grated coconut
  • 50 g of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/3 cup margarine (tea)
  • 2 and 1/2 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing

Syrup:

  • 1 1/2 cups (tea) of water
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Method of preparation:

Beat the cassava, milk, eggs and coconut milk in a blender until blended. Pour into a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a spoon. Pour into a hole in the center of 26 cm in diameter, greased and sprinkled. Bake in a preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Method of preparation:

In the mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and the eggs. Add the grated cassava, wheat flour, baking powder and beat until smooth. Add the coconut, grated cheese and mix. Then pour a greased and floured medium hole shape into the center.
