Ingredients for the foot of moleque with condensed milk
- 2 cans of sugar (use the empty condensed milk can to measure)
- 1/2 kg of raw peanuts in shell
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- 2 cans of condensed milk
- margarine to grease
Method of preparation
Place the sugar and peanuts in a large saucepan and heat over low heat, stirring constantly, for 12 minutes or until the sugar dissolves and forms a thick, golden syrup. Add the margarine and condensed milk and continue stirring for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and beat well with a spoon until sugar. Spread on a greased stone, level with a spatula and allow to cool well. Cut into diamonds and serve.
