Cupcake recipe for students

Preparation time: 50 minutes

Performance: 20 units

Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups tapioca
  • 2 cups of warm milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Fry oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • Cinnamon powder

Preparation method:

  1. First, mix the tapioca, milk, coconut, sugar and salt in a deep bowl.
  2. Let the mixture rest for half an hour.
  3. Use your hands to form the gnocchi.
  4. In the meantime, heat the oil for frying.
  5. Dip them in some dry tapioca.
  6. Fry, cover with cinnamon and sugar and serve!
