Baked coconut recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 cans sugar (use empty can of condensed milk to measure)
- 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) shredded fresh or dried coconut
- Margarine for greasing
Preparation method:
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, sugar, margarine and coconut.
- Cook over low heat, stirring, for 15 minutes or until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Pour into a 25cm x 35cm baking tray greased with margarine and level with a slightly damp spoon.
