For example: have you noticed how many good professionals, coming from different areas of the market, well trained, with vast professional experience, who every day leave their area of activity to work in other areas or on their own, just to be able to pay the bills and survive? Good thing we have other areas of business.
They are serious, qualified professionals who honor the company they work for, but cannot get a good position or adequate compensation or cannot achieve stability in their work long enough to feel secure.
These are professionals who are unlucky in their careers. They take the department on their shoulders and another who does little and gets fame and gets promoted. These are professionals who, despite having a lot of competence, within a company are underused, little seen, inconvenient, boycotted and remain stagnant in the same role for a long time. Or they are sent away for no apparent reason.
As much as these professionals try to move to a new company, looking for work that can grow and be recognized, it seems that they only attract “vampire companies”, those that drain their energy and do not value the professional they have hired.
And the funny thing is that the people this professional will work with have the same characteristics: people who will boycott your work, your talent and will do nothing but hinder growth.
The situation can get worse when there are no opportunities for other companies. No matter how many times you send your resume, no one calls you even for a simple interview. It appears that the person is “tied” or even “zipped”.
Until she accepts reality and leaves disillusioned for another type of job. She abandons her career and tries her luck in another profession and tries to earn more. Or open your own business to see if it will work.
