  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 100 g of cream
  • 2 sachets of colorless and tasteless gelatine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 100g grated dry coconut

Preparation method

On a mixer, add milk, condensed milk, coconut milk and cream and beat for 5 minutes. Then place the gelatine in a container, add the water and mix until it has dissolved well. Add the hydrated gelatine to the contents of the blender and blend until a smooth consistency is obtained.
