Pasta with meatballs recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1 grated onion
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup (tea) breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fry oil
Filling
- 1/2 cup diced provolone
- 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
- 50 g of grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 1 pack of pasta (500g)
- 2 sachets of tomato sauce (680g)
- Salt and oregano to taste
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, egg and breadcrumbs until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
- For the filling, mix the provolone, gorgonzola, parmesan and cream cheese.
- Form meatballs, filling them with a little of the cheese mixture.
- Close and fry in boiling oil until golden. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- Mix the tomato sauce, salt and oregano.
- Arrange the pasta with a little sauce in a large rectangular baking dish, cover with the meatballs, pour in the rest of the sauce and spread with the mozzarella.
- Bake in preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
