The beef burger is also stuffed with mayonnaise, cheese and lettuce. Every bite is an explosion of flavours! Don’t forget to try it.
Beef burger recipe

Ingredients:
- 500 g minced meat (duckling or soft leg)
- 1/2 onion grated
- 2 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 cup fine-textured soy protein
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg
- Oil for greasing and frying
- 6 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 6 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 12 lettuce leaves
- 6 slices of mozzarella
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, cover the soy protein with hot water and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Squeeze it to remove excess water, transfer it to another bowl and mix the meat, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper and egg until you obtain a smooth mixture.
- Divide it into 6 equal parts and, on an oiled surface, form six burgers.
- Over high heat, heat a grill or skillet well.
- Brush with a little oil and fry the burgers until they are lightly browned.
- Open the sandwiches, spread the mayonnaise, add the lettuce, the hamburger and the cheese.
- Close with the other half of the bread and serve immediately.
