Chicken in white sauce recipe

Ingredients:
- 1kg diced chicken breast
- Garlic sauce and salt to taste
- 1 liter + 1 cup (tea) milk
- 2 onions grated
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 pack of cream (200 g)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Fry oil
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
Preparation method:
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season it with garlic sauce and salt and leave to rest for 12 hours.
- For the béchamel, put 1 liter of milk, the grated onion, the chicken broth, the cream, the butter, the corn starch dissolved in the remaining milk in a pan, mix until it thickens and set aside .
- Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown, add the béchamel sauce and bring to the boil.
- Season with salt, pepper and parsley and serve.
