Ingredients:

  • 1kg diced chicken breast
  • Garlic sauce and salt to taste
  • 1 liter + 1 cup (tea) milk
  • 2 onions grated
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 pack of cream (200 g)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • Fry oil
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste

Preparation method:

  1. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and season it with garlic sauce and salt and leave to rest for 12 hours.
  2. For the béchamel, put 1 liter of milk, the grated onion, the chicken broth, the cream, the butter, the corn starch dissolved in the remaining milk in a pan, mix until it thickens and set aside .
  3. Fry the chicken in oil until golden brown, add the béchamel sauce and bring to the boil.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and parsley and serve.
  5. Decorate as you wish.
