The event in SP seeks to cure self-love through “breathing therapy”

A trend in alternative therapies, Breathwork uses breathing techniques as a resource for relieving stress and gaining greater awareness

One of the first relational mentors that Brazil had, Miria Kutcher returns to the country to spread the practice of Breathwork – or “breath therapy” breathing“. The technique consists in using the act of breathing in a more appropriate way and, from this action considered so simple, gaining greater awareness, balancing anxiety, reducing stress, among other benefits. The therapy combines the various techniques and tools that Miria already uses in her work, known since the launch of the “Ready for Romance” program, in 2014. Since then, she has served more than 10 thousand women in mentoring work that seeks self-awareness and self-knowledge.

Trajectory of love and new beginnings

The training is a combination of techniques that works like a profound therapy, capable of clarifying doubts, filling gaps and healing the wounds of a life without love. “To achieve romance, a woman needs to recover her authenticity, define what she wants and know what she really wants, leaving no room for crumbs. Those who arrived injured found acceptance and understanding in the group, as well as essential recovery practices. Today I am happy to say that I have helped many women live the life they truly wanted” says Miria. With that, she chose Breathwork to continue helping women live their best selves.

Breathing and healing

In the fast-paced, fast-paced world we live in, finding moments of calm and balance is crucial to taking care of our mental and physical health. It is in this context that Breathwork emerges as an innovative practice, offering a simple yet profoundly effective approach to reducing stress, promoting mental clarity and cultivating a lasting sense of well-being.

But it’s not just about breathing: Breathwork is an intentional breathing technique that involves specific breathing patterns to access altered states of consciousness and stimulate emotional and physical healing. Unlike other forms of meditation, the practice is active and dynamic, providing a visceral experience that unlocks held emotions, releases bodily tension, and connects deeply with oneself.

The practice is accessible to all, regardless of age, ability or previous experience. It can be performed individually at home, as part of a morning or evening routine, in group sessions led by a trained facilitator, or even integrated into existing yoga and meditation practices. Furthermore, Breathwork can be a valid tool for dealing with stressful situations, such as moments of anxiety, before an important presentation or during periods of life transition.

For women who seek love and peace

On March 9th Miria will hold two meetings in Sao Paulo: in the morning she will hold “Love is Love”, an experience with practical exercises and connection with the body, as well as conversation and exchange of emotions between women who find themselves looking for love. During the meeting the facilitator will address the “Wheel of Emotions”, a therapeutic practice that helps identify and communicate emotions effectively. The participants will then exchange experiences and accounts of their love lives. Miria will also introduce the group to “Attachment Theory”, explaining the characteristics of each of them, how they fit together and how to fix what is off track.

In the afternoon it is time to discover Breathwork, which allows an expansion of consciousness that reverberates in many feelings, emotions and attitudes in our daily lives.

The experience takes place on Saturday, March 9, from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, at Espaço Aura – Brooklyn.
