ingredients

70 g of wheat flour

  • 1 whole egg
  • 5 tablespoons ice water (or more)
  • 4 large sliced ​​bananas
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • Fry oil

For the caramel

  • 115 g of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon sesame
  • A bowl of cold water

Way of doing:

In a bowl mix the flour, egg and water, the dough should be lighter and less dense. If it’s too thick, add more water. Dip the cut bananas in wheat flour, then dip them in the dough and fry them in oil. Drain excess oil on absorbent paper.

In another saucepan, dissolve the sugar with the water until it turns into caramel. Add the sesame seeds and then add the fried breaded banana. To cool, place the already caramelized bananas in water, remove and dry. Serve immediately.
