Banana peel brigadeiro

ingredients

  • Peels of 3 bananas
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons of chocolate powder
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 4 teaspoons of wheat flour
  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup chocolate sprinkles

Preparation method

Wash the banana peels under running water and cut them into small pieces. Place it in a pan, add the sugar and water and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it becomes a paste. Then transfer it to a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Return the mixture to the pan, add the butter, milk, wheat flour, milk powder and chocolate powder and cook, stirring, until it no longer sticks to the pan. Turn off the heat, wait for it to cool and shape the brigadeiros. Decorate with chocolate sprinkles and serve immediately.

  • Peel of 1 melon, washed and chopped
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
  • 240 g of sugar
  • 600 g of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of chemical yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Preparation method

Place the melon zest and milk in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth mixture. Then filter it through a sieve and set aside. Then, still in the blender, beat the egg yolks, butter and sugar until a smooth mixture is obtained. Add the reserved milk, wheat flour and salt and whisk to mix. Add the baking powder and beat again to incorporate it. Reserve. Place the egg whites in a mixer and whip until stiff. Place the egg whites in a container and add the blender mixture. Mix gently until a smooth paste forms. Grease a baking tray with butter and flour with wheat flour, place the dough on it and bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Rice pudding with orange zest

ingredients

  • 2 teacups of water
  • Shell of 1 orange
  • 1 cup rice tea
  • 1 liter of whole milk
  • 250 g of cream
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • Cloves to taste
  • Orange zest to decorate

Preparation method

Place the rice and orange peels in a pan and cover with water. Cook over medium heat until the water dries up. Then add the cloves and milk and cook until boiling. Add the cream and condensed milk and mix until you obtain a creamy consistency. Turn off the heat, transfer the rice pudding to a serving plate, wait for it to cool and decorate with orange zest. Serve immediately.

  • 2 cups of peel tea guava
  • 2 cups guava seeds
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons corn starch

Preparation method

Place the water, guava peels and seeds in a blender and blend until smooth. Next, pass it through a sieve and transfer the liquid to a pan. Reserve. Place the cornstarch and milk in a container and mix well. Add the mixture to the pan, add the sugar and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Place the cream in a container, refrigerate for 2 hours and then serve.

Pineapple peel jelly

ingredients

  • Peel of 1 pineapple washed and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • Cinnamon stick to taste

Preparation method

Place the pineapple peels and water in a blender and blend until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a pan, add the sugar and cinnamon and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it reaches the gelatinous point. Next, turn off the heat and distribute the gelatine into the containers.

Mango peel mousse

ingredients

  • Peel of two mangoes, washed and chopped
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 2 cups of milk tea
  • 200 g of milk cream

Preparation method

Place the mango peels and water in a pan and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Transfer to the blender, add the egg yolks, sugar and milk and blend for 7 minutes. Place the mixture in a pan and cook over medium heat until it boils. Add the cream and mix well. Place the mousse in a container and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve immediately.
