This pasta salad is what you need for hot days when you don’t want to cook long or eat a lot. It contains extremely useful and affordable ingredients, and there is no meat either.

We totally understand how hard it is to force yourself to heat cook something. Yes, and the appetite is felt less clearly than usual! And yet, refusing to eat is not a good solution. Even in the season of fresh berries, which, it seems, can replace any meal.

Your body needs the right portion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. And not just strawberries and cherries seasoned with liters of sugary soft drinks.

This recipe is just a godsend for hot summer days. It’s quite light, but satisfying, and also very green – and will help you quickly close the daily “norm” of vegetables 🙂 By the way, it also contains enough protein and fat. But if desired, you can add a little chicken fillet to the recipe – for profit and complete satiety.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 150 grams of pasta – choose any shape
  • 150 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 150 grams of cucumbers
  • 80 grams of feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Herbes de Provence
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Cooking method

  1. Everything is simple. Boil the pasta, drain the water and mix with the chopped vegetables

  2. Cut the cheese into small pieces and send to a bowl with the rest of the ingredients

  3. All that remains is to fill it up! Add herbs de Provence and vinegar to the salad, or any other seasoning of your choice. And don’t forget to salt well!
