Preparation method

In a pan, add the milk and chopped almonds and heat over medium heat until boiling. In the meantime, place the egg yolks, coconut sugar and corn starch in another container and beat until smooth. Add the mixture to the milk and mix until it thickens. Finally add the almond liqueur and mix to combine it with the other ingredients. Boil for 2 minutes and turn off the heat. Distribute the cream into the bowls, wait for it to cool and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Serve immediately.
