Filling

  • 2 cooked and chopped chicken breasts
  • 1/2 onion peeled and chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 3 tomatoes without seeds and cut into pieces
  • 340 g of green corn
  • 1 red chilli chopped
  • Salt and oil to taste

Preparation method

Pasta

Place the eggs, oil, milk, grated cheese, salt and wheat flour in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the chemical yeast and beat for 1 minute more. Reserve.

Filling

In a pan, add the oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and garlic and brown them. Add the pepper and tomato and fry until the water dries up. Add the chicken and corn and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat. Reserve.

Assembly

Grease a baking tray with oil and flour with wheat flour. Roll out half the dough and distribute the filling on top. Cover with the rest of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden. Serve immediately.

  • 1 1/2 cups spinach
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta
  • 2 teaspoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon grated nutmeg
  • Salt, olive oil and ground white pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • Water for boiling
  • Butter for greasing
  • Wheat flour for dusting

Preparation method

In a pan, add water and bring to a boil over medium heat. Add the spinach leaves and blanch until the green color is very lush. Remove from the water and set aside. In another pan, add the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the spinach leaves and sauté for 4 minutes. Reserve.

In a blender, place the eggs and beat well. Add the ricotta and wheat flour and beat for 3 minutes. Season with salt, nutmeg and black pepper. Finally add the spinach and beat it for 1 minute. Filling

  • 300 g of sausage cut into slices
  • 1 onion peeled and chopped
  • 340 g of green corn
  • 2 tomatoes without skin and cut into small pieces
  • Salt, oregano and chopped green chilli to taste

Preparation method

Place the milk, wheat flour, parmesan, oil, eggs and chemical yeast in a blender and blend until you obtain a smooth consistency. Add the salt and beat again to combine. Reserve.

Filling

In a container, place the sausage, onion, green corn, tomatoes, oregano, salt and green chilli and mix well. Reserve. Grease a baking tray with butter and flour with wheat flour. Pour half the dough onto the baking tray, distribute the filling and cover with the rest of the dough. If you prefer, place some slices of sausage on top to decorate. Bake in a preheated oven at medium temperature until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 1 cup milk tea
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter for greasing

Filling

  • 2 cups of tea broccoli cooked and chopped
  • 200 g mozzarella, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • Ground black pepper, olive oil and grated nutmeg to taste

Preparation method

Place the eggs, milk, oil, wheat flour and salt in a blender. Mix until you obtain a smooth mixture. Incorporate the yeast with a few quick pulses of the blender.

Filling

In a pan, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat and sauté the onion and garlic until they become transparent. Add the chopped broccoli and sauté for a few more minutes. Season with nutmeg, salt and black pepper. Turn off the heat and let it cool a little. Add the diced mozzarella to the broccoli stew.

Assembly

Grease a mold with butter and sprinkle with wheat flour. Pour half the mixture into the bottom of the pan. Spread the broccoli and cheese filling evenly over the dough. Then cover with the rest of the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40 minutes. Serve immediately.
