– 2 tablespoons of vinegar THE
– 40 g of unsalted butter
– olive oil to taste

PREPARATION:
- Separate the ingredients and utensils for the recipe.
- If you have purchased or have peanuts, process them until they become coarse flour.

PREPARATION:
Okra Farofa (with peanuts):
- Add a drizzle of olive oil to a pan (just enough for greasing) and heat over high heat.
- Arrange the okra slices so that they are flat, without overlapping, to grill, stirring a little so that the okra does not leak.
- Continue turning so that the entire surface becomes slightly golden.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spray with vinegar and let evaporate.
- Add the butter, add the onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the flour, little at a time, and continue mixing until the farofa is very crunchy.
- Check the salt.
FINALIZATION AND ASSEMBLY:
- When serving, place the farofa okra on a serving plate or, if you prefer, distribute it on plates, next to your main course.
