  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation method

Add the sesame oil and tofu to a pan and sauté until golden brown. Turn off the heat, remove the tofu from the pan and set it aside. In the same pan add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and lemon juice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tofu and place over medium heat to heat through. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.

  • 50g grated smoked tofu
