June recipes for a fit party
Functional cornmeal cake
ingredients
– 1 cup of coconut oil
– 1 cup of almond flour
– 2 cups of erythritol
– 2 cups of cornmeal tea
– 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
– 3 eggs
Method of preparation
Blend everything and put it to cook in a preheated oven (180-200 degrees) in a greased form of butter. Average time of 30 minutes.
TIP: For an even tastier recipe, Luanna suggests adding lemon or orange zest to the dough before cooking.
Tasty and nutritious treatment
ingredients
– 6 ripe green corn cobs
– 500 ml of coconut or almond milk
– ½ cup of demerara sugar or erythritol
Method of preparation
Blend the corn with milk in a blender. Next, squeeze the corn mass into the pan with a sieve. Once this is done, stir until boiling point.
TIP: Add the cinnamon on top. In addition to its anti-inflammatory properties, it is thermogenic and improves the digestive system thanks to its antibacterial and antispasmodic effect.
Braised pamonha
ingredients
– pomace of curau
– 1 tablespoon of butter
– 1 egg
– ½ tablespoon of chemical yeast
– Grated cheese to taste
Method of preparation
Add the butter, whole egg, yeast and grated cheese to the ‘pomace’. Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees and then just taste!
How functional
ingredients
– 1 cup (tea) of dehydrated hibiscus or sachets
– 2 tablespoons of grated ginger
– 2 apples, diced
– Peel of half an orange
– 2 tablespoons of coconut sugar
– cloves and cinnamon stick to taste
Method of preparation
Add all the ingredients to two liters of boiling water and boil for a few more minutes. Serve immediately.
