Ingredients:
- 1 pack of crushed cornstarch biscuits (200g)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 can of condensed milk cooked for 40 minutes under pressure
Filling
- 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
- 1/4 cup milk (tea).
- 300 g of cream cheese
- 1 can of cream (300 g)
- 1 can of condensed milk
Preparation method:
- Mix the biscuit with the butter until you obtain a crumbly consistency.
- Line the bottom of a large springform pan with the dough, pressing with your hands.
- Bake in preheated medium oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
- For the filling, hydrate the gelatine in milk and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
- Pour into blender and beat with cream cheese, heavy cream and condensed milk until smooth.
- Pour into the mold, leveling it with a spatula, and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until solid.
- Unmold and distribute the cooked condensed milk over the cake using a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, decorating the sides.
- Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Remove from the refrigerator and serve immediately.
