Ingredients:

  • 1 pack of crushed cornstarch biscuits (200g)
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can of condensed milk cooked for 40 minutes under pressure

Filling

  • 1 sachet of unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup milk (tea).
  • 300 g of cream cheese
  • 1 can of cream (300 g)
  • 1 can of condensed milk

Preparation method:

  1. Mix the biscuit with the butter until you obtain a crumbly consistency.
  2. Line the bottom of a large springform pan with the dough, pressing with your hands.
  3. Bake in preheated medium oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and leave to cool.
  5. For the filling, hydrate the gelatine in milk and dissolve it in a bain-marie.
  6. Pour into blender and beat with cream cheese, heavy cream and condensed milk until smooth.
  7. Pour into the mold, leveling it with a spatula, and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until solid.
  8. Unmold and distribute the cooked condensed milk over the cake using a piping bag fitted with a nozzle, decorating the sides.
  9. Store in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  10. Remove from the refrigerator and serve immediately.
