ingredients

  • 2 Pitaya
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 can of cream
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 sachet of colorless gelatin

Way of doing

  1. Peel the Pitayas and cut them into small pieces;
  2. Blend in the blender and combine the blended Pitaya with the condensed milk;
  3. Add the cream and lemon juice until you obtain a homogeneous mixture;
  4. Dissolve the gelatine in hot water and add it to the blender mixture;
  5. Beat again until well mixed;
