Ingredients:
- 4 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup cream cheese (tea).
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- Margarine for greasing
- Grated mozzarella for sprinkling
Beef stew:
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 800 g of minced meat
- 2 seedless tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped chives
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation method:
- For the sauté, heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and fry the onion and pepper for 3 minutes.
- Add the meat and brown it until the water has dried.
- Add the tomato, chives, salt, pepper and sauté for 3 minutes.
