Everyone knows that Xuxa is vegan. But the myth that plant-based foods are “bad” or “tasteless” is outdated. The Xuxa snack bar has arrived in Curitiba, with a concept that breaks this paradigm: functional snacks, drinks and desserts, with 100% vegetable products, fortified and with zero empty calories, without sacrificing flavour.
That’s why the brand itself says: it looks like fast food, but it is “fast food”. The first XBLOOM unit in Curitiba, which has Xuxa as a partner and ambassador, will open on Friday (10), at the Shopping Palladium.
The chain focuses on consumer health, but is also attentive to environmental impact: in addition to using only ingredients of plant origin, XBLOOM’s packaging is 100% biodegradable, without the use of plastic.
Operation is also completely electric. The fossil fuels and plastic used by suppliers are offset by the purchase of carbon credits – which, together, earned the startup the first certification granted to a fast food chain as carbon neutral in Latin America.

explains Fábio Munno, founder and CEO of the brand, who appeared on Forbes Under 30 Innovation.
Xuxa as a partner
Such commitment to people and the planet attracted the attention of Xuxa Meneghel. The presenter and entrepreneur has been vegan since 2018 and was looking for a healthy eating initiative to participate in when she found Bloom.
Xuxa was enchanted by the project and, from that moment on, the brand became XBLOOM and gained a committed partner committed to changing habits and the future through good choices and good deeds.

XBLOOM menu
Combining ingredients with high nutritional value and various functional benefits, the XBLOOM menu includes eleven types of 100% plant-based sandwiches, with proteins in beef, chicken and fish flavors.
There’s also an option for potatoes, onion rings, breaded dishes made with ingredients like peas and chia, but with the flavor of chicken and fish, all fried in cottonseed oil.
The drinks are functional and work to improve immunity, well-being, gut and mental health. For those who don’t give up: the drinks are organic. The ice creams are protein-free, sugar-free and lactose-free.
