Broccoli in cream

ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 4 tablespoons corn starch
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup grated provolone
- 1 cup grated parmesan
- 1 can of cream
- Margarine for greasing
Preparation method
- Place the broccoli in a greased baking dish and set aside.
- In a pan, add milk, cornstarch, butter, chicken cubes, salt to taste and heat, stirring constantly, for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Remove from heat.
- Place in the blender, add the provolone, parmesan, cream and blend for 2 minutes.
- Pour over broccoli.
- Cover with the mozzarella slices.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until golden and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
