ingredients

Pasta

  • 1 egg;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 70 g of melted butter;
  • 80 g of wheat flour;
  • 20 g of chocolate powder;
  • 240ml of milk;
  • Butter for brushing;
  • Cream ice-cream.

Filling

  • 250 g of chopped chocolate;
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream;
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey.

Syrup

  • 150 g chopped semi-sweet chocolate;
  • 50 g of butter;
  • Chopped almonds to taste.

Preparation method

Start with the filling, put everything in a bowl and heat it in the microwave. Mix everything together and put it in the fridge.

In another bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. If you prefer, blend everything in the blender. Brush a little butter in a pan with a non-stick bottom and, over medium heat, prepare the crepes. Place a ladle in the pan and spread it. Let the bubbles begin and then turn to brown the other side. Repeat the operation with all the dough until it runs out and set it aside.

For the syrup, combine the ingredients in a bowl and place it in the microwave to melt.

Assembly

Place two tablespoons of filling in the center of each crepe. Form the folds, place the ice cream ball of your choice on top, cover with the chocolate syrup and finish with the almonds. If you want, decorate with biscuits on top.
