Pickled potato balls

Time: 1h30 (+15 days of rest)

Performance: 2 servings

Difficulty: easy


  • 1kg of potato meatballs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 glasses of white wine vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons of oil

Preparation method:

  1. Wash the potatoes well with a brush, pierce them with a toothpick and cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until al dente.
  2. Drain and rinse under running water to cool.
  3. Boil 2 jars, with a capacity of 1 litre, for 15 minutes and remove them carefully with tongs.
  4. Fill the jars with potatoes, season with salt, pepper, bay leaves, parsley and distribute the vinegar and oil.
  5. Fill the jars with filtered water and close tightly.
  6. Leave to rest in the fridge for 15 days and serve.
