Pickled potato balls
Time: 1h30 (+15 days of rest)
Performance: 2 servings
Difficulty: easy
Ingredients:
- 1kg of potato meatballs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 glasses of white wine vinegar
- 4 tablespoons of oil
Preparation method:
- Wash the potatoes well with a brush, pierce them with a toothpick and cook them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes or until al dente.
- Drain and rinse under running water to cool.
- Boil 2 jars, with a capacity of 1 litre, for 15 minutes and remove them carefully with tongs.
- Fill the jars with potatoes, season with salt, pepper, bay leaves, parsley and distribute the vinegar and oil.
- Fill the jars with filtered water and close tightly.
- Leave to rest in the fridge for 15 days and serve.
