Heart of palm protein pasta

ingredients

Pasta

  • 100g golden linseed flour
  • ½ onion
  • Coconut oil
  • Pink salt
  • 100 ml of water

Filling

  • 500g chopped hearts of palm
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • Salt and aromatic herbs to taste

Preparation method

Place the flax seeds in a bowl and add 100 ml of water. Knead with your hands until you obtain a dough. Let it rest for 20 minutes. Spread the dough on a table over the baking paper. Add the filling, close the pastry and cut with a wide-mouthed glass. Place the shortcrust pastry in a pan greased with olive oil and cook for 15 minutes at 180°C.
