  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon wheat flour
  • 1 cup of skimmed milk
  • 200 g of Tomato sauce (ride)

Place all the ingredients of the dough in a container and beat until you obtain a homogeneous consistency. Next, grease a pan with olive oil and heat it over medium heat. Using a ladle, pour some dough over it and roll it out. Cook until it starts to boil and turn the other side to brown. Repeat the operation with all the dough and set aside.

Filling

In a pan, add the olive oil and place over medium heat to heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the meat and brown until it turns dark brown. Meanwhile, in a container, add the milk and wheat flour and mix until completely dissolved. Pour over the meat and cook until it thickens. Add the green perfume and mix.
